To coincide with it's refreshed website  the non-profit LIFE Foundation has renamed itself Life Happens. 

The non-profit, which is primarily funded by insurers and distributors, has a mission of building consumer awareness of the need to plan for life, disability, and long-term care needs. 

They assist consumers and advisors with lots of content that can be shared.  Check out the new site.
