As promised, the Senate Commission on LTC has published its report today on recommendations for changing America's long-term system (although these public policy experts call it "LTSS", or long-term care services and supports).

Not surprisingly, in today's political climate, there were disagreements on how to finance LTC - either through private ways like LTC insurance or a new government entitlement program.  The commission simply started the debate.
