Good afternoon,
I wanted to make you aware of an issue with our MutualCare Solutions (standalone) version of software.  There was an issue that occurred with changing servers where the software was housed; which would give someone an error message when clicking the “Check for Updates” button.  This was researched and was not able to be fixed, thus requires all users to re-download the software from our website (SPA), it cannot be updated via a link.  This is a one-time requirement, and once completed, versions 3.54.0.0 and beyond will update as normal.

We’ve recently experienced issues with the “Check for Updates” feature on the MutualCare Solutions Software.  Unfortunately we were unable to fix this automatic update feature for any existing software installations.   
 
The “Check for Updates” feature has been fixed in Version 3.54.0.0 and is currently available for download on SPA.  Producers will be required to download this new version for the most software current updates. 
 
**Note: there are no rate changes, this new version was due to the new server being used, and new expanded Partnership offerings in SD. **
