CareMatters II is a flexible, competitively-priced linked-benefit universal life policy that offers clients:
- Flexibility through cash indemnity LTC benefits that help clients obtain care where and from whom they prefer
- Choice of a variety of payment options, including pay to Attained Age 100, make the policy accessible to more clients than ever before
- Protection from inflation via one of several options, including a 3% compound option and a new U.S. Medical Care Inflation option based on changes in the cost of health care

Quick Quote Tool – CareMatters II – Available now |
Nationwide’s Quick Quote Tool for CareMatters II is now available in compact states and Florida. The tool has been expanded to allow for more options:
- Single pay OR Pay to Age 100
- No Inflation OR 3% Compound Inflation
Users will still be able to fill out a web form to request completely customized proposal at the end of the tool.2

Contracting reminders |
Beginning September 9, Nationwide will accept AML training intended for financial professionals selling insurance products, such as annuities and life insurance, from the following education providers: Kaplan, LIMRA, Nationwide specific AML Training on RegEd, RegEd, Success CE and WebCE.
What you need to do:
- Ensure the AML training certificate submitted with the contracting packet is from one of the above listed providers. AML Training courses that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted
- If a certificate is received from a provider other than those listed above, the request will be considered Not In Good Order (NIGO), and Nationwide will contact the BGA to request a new training completion certificate
- Important note on Contracting delays due to NIGO. Please see full communication on ways to avoid these delays
