2016 Minimum Daily Benefit for NY Partnership

Please be advised that the 2016 minimum daily benefit for New York State Partnership policies is $294 per day. The new minimum is effective as of January 1, 2016. Applications with the 2015 minimum benefit selected and a sign date after 12/31/15 will not be accepted. These changes do not affect the current New York State Partnership forms booklets (PRT11- 235-NY).
