Promotion details:

1. Each qualified application submitted between 03/01/2023 - 03/31/2023 will earn the writing producer a check for the specified amount above, with a maximum of $750 in total winnings.
2. Applications must be received at the LTC Administrative Office by mail, E-APP or eUpload within the 03/01/2023 - 03/31/2023 time period. 
3. Payments will be made in early April after the promotional period ends.
4. Joint applications count as one application.
5. Credit will only be given to the writing producer.
6. Credit will only be given for applicants who do not already have an EssentialLTC policy.
7. Clearly uninsurable applications will not be counted.
