We're excited to announce the launch of the Care Solutions Claims Concierge to serve clients when they need it most. Claims Concierge is a new way to process claims from start to finish.

When the client submits a claim, a Claims Concierge is assigned to his or her case to provide assistance, support and guidance. The Claims Concierge will work directly with the client throughout the claims process to ensure continuity and accuracy. 

OneAmerica understands the complexity of filing a long-term care claim. At times our clients may be overwhelmed in this process. When the primary focus should be on the client's health, the Claims Concierge can offer needed support, help reduce stress and ensure that the focus remains right where it should be. 

The Claims Concierge service is available to Care Solutions policyholders at no additional cost. This benefit increases the value of our policies while reflecting our vision to protect America's wealth and be easy to do business with.
