| Our Care Solutions interview vendor, LTCG, has launched a new scheduling function so clients can now easily schedule interviews online. Once the agent has contacted LTCG and ordered the interview, the client can go to https://scheduling.ltcg.com/OneAmerica to schedule their interview at their preferred date and time. |

Dec. 20 is required minimum distribution (RMD) deadline
Clients who want to take an RMD from their OneAmerica policy should do so by Dec. 20, 2019, to ensure processing by year end. Contact clients to set up an automatic RMD (use form 8-18249, Required Minimum Distribution Election) or request a one-time RMD (use form 8-17730, Partial Withdrawal, and include "RMD Withdrawal"). Automatic RMDs are not avaialble on Annuity Care, II, III or Indexed Annuity Care. To expedite handling, email forms to policyservice@oneamerica.com. Questions?
