OneAmerica is Extending the Deadline to Order Asset-Care Interviews

Important notice: Asset-Care® new business processing delays
Our interview vendor, LTCG, is currently experiencing long hold times due to unusually high call volume. As a result, OneAmerica® is extending the deadline to order Asset-Care® interviews to Saturday, June 29, 2019. LTCG will have additional customer service hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm ET.
 
All applications for the existing Asset-Care product must be submitted by close of business today, Friday, June 28, 2019; however, you may order your client interviews tomorrow if you’re unable to get through to LTCG by phone today.
