roviding exemplary customer service. Now, our commitment has reached a new level of excellence. We're excited to launch the Care Solutions Claims Concierge to serve clients when they need it most. Claims Concierge, a new way to process claims from start to finish, is now available to Care Solutions policyholders at no additional charge.

When the client submits a claim, a Claims Concierge is assigned to his or her case to provide assistance, support and guidance. Each Claims Concierge is a long-term care specialist who will work directly with the client throughout the claims process to ensure continuity and accuracy.
