Campaign update: The Great Retirement Income Gap
Host an event to educate your producers about the Great Retirement Income Gap (GRIG) with our producer training kit. Then encourage your producers to host their own GRIG client events! We have the tools they need, including a consumer invitation, presentation and workbook. The GRIG campaign will take a break in December and resume in January with reminder emails, more webinars and new sales ideas.

Arizona suitability training required
Beginning Dec. 31, 2017, an insurance producer may not solicit the sale of an individual annuity product in Arizona until he/she has completed insurer-provided product-specific training. An insurance producer must also complete a one-time four (4) hour annuity training course provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Arizona Department of Insurance. Learn more.
 
Montana suitability training required
Beginning Jan. 1, 2018, an insurance producer may not solicit the sale of an individual annuity product in Montana until he/she has completed insurer-provided product-specific training. Learn more.
 
Virginia suitability training required
Beginning Jan. 1, 2018, an insurance provider may not solicit the sale of an individual annuity product in Virginia until he/she has completed insurer-provided product-specific training. Learn more.

2017 new business year-end processing cutoff dates
To help ensure a successful year end and make your cases count for 2017 production, we have established processing guidelines. Please note: The OneAmerica® Home Office will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25, to observe Christmas Day. The target date to pay cases or change inforce polices is Friday, Dec. 22. Learn more.
 
 
Care Solutions software sunset
We're pleased to announce that iPipeline and Sales Connection are ready to generate illustrations and applications for our Asset-Care® and Annuity Care® products. New business illustrations for life insurance and annuity products will no longer be available on the Care Solutions standalone software as of Dec. 15. After this date, all Care Solutions life and annuity illustrations must be illustrated through iPipeline or Sales Connection, which can be accessed via the OneSource Online portal. Please contact your Care Solutions internal sales partner if you have questions.
 
 
Care Solutions product changes
