Important Notice for Hawaii Policies

We value our Hawaii agents and policyholders and stay committed to providing LTCi to the state. We look forward to our upcoming launch of TransCare^® III to the state later this year. Our TransCare III policy better reflects current market conditions and will better serve your clients’ needs.

Hawaii individual policies
Due to the changing market needs in the state, we will temporarily suspend individual sales of TransCare II in HI. We will resume LTCi sales when we launch our TransCare III policy.

All TransCare II applications for individuals or couples must be received in our home office no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Time Friday November 6, 2015.

Hawaii multi-life policies
As we continue to take a responsible and disciplined approach to the Hawaii market, we’ve determined that we will no longer accept new multi-life Service Group Requests (SGRs) for HI effective immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you are currently enrolling a worksite case, you may continue to enroll the case until the end of the open enrollment period. All re-enrollments are subject to the new modifications listed above.
