Invitations for application for Long-Term Care (LTC) Insurance are made through David White & Associates (DWA).  DWA or its licensed representatives are currently licensed in California, DWA license number 0504164.   Other state license numbers are available upon request.  DWA receives commissions from insurance carriers, which include compensation based on total quantity and quality of insurance coverage.  LTCI Partners, LLC, California license number 0D51716, is a national brokerage firm specializing in Long-Term Care Insurance solutions and provides various sales support to David White & Associates.  

The long-term care insurance policy describes coverages under the policy, exclusions and limitations, what you must do to keep your policy in force, and what would cause your policy to be discontinued.
