Heather Rathbone came to LTCI Partners in 2011. Heather had many years of experience with a carrier as a policy issue team lead. As Support Specialist at LTCIP she answers group enrollment calls in addition to case management, retail sales and Application Partner responsibilities. Heather is a graduate of Gateway Technical College in Kenosha, WI.
